How many days will it take for my product to be delivered?

We deliver most items with standard shipping between 5 and 15 working days.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

We will pay the shipping costs ourselves.

Can I also pick up my order?

Unfortunately, pick-up is not possible.

I received the wrong product. What should I do now?

Of course, that is not the intention. Report this to us via 'Contact' and we will ensure that you receive the correct order as soon as possible.

I placed my order but I have not received any confirmation.

You should receive your order confirmation immediately after placing an order, but there may be a delay. If you have not received an email after 24 hours, please contact us so we can verify the status of your order.

I placed my order but I gave an incorrect address. What should I do now?

You can contact us through "Contact Us". If your package is in shipping status, you will be supported to modify the relevant information; if your package is in shipping status, no information can be modified.

How can I cancel my order?

Please pay more attention, most of the orders can not be canceled immediately because our system is automatic, orders are processed almost immediately. Please contact us to cancel your order as soon as possible, we will try to meet your requirement.

If cancellation is no longer possible, we will proceed to send your order. You will then have the opportunity to return your received product(s). In that case, you must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

I received my order but the product is damaged. What should I do now?

Please contact us immediately if the item is delivered damaged. We will immediately look for a solution for you.

Returns must be refused in the following cases:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personal;
2. sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
